I have tried restarting, refreshing, deleting and reinstalling my BCP. works perfectly streaming live but fails to load fro Cloud Server. I am enrolled in Cam Unlimited Pro. Help.
Multiple Battery cam pro’s won’t play videos on cloud or SD card
I have 3 battery cam pro’s. 3 times now none of them will play recorded videos. I get an error message that says the cloud videos won’t load and to switch to local storage. I switch to local storage and the videos still won’t load. I’ve reset each camera 3X now. The cameras worked great at first but now have become useless.

I’m having the same problem with my 4 battery cam pro’s. My Cam Pan camera’s are working fine but my battery cam pro’s will not play any recorded videos from the cloud.
I have reset, restarted, removed camera and readded it and I still have the same problem. Additionally, it says it has recorded for a full 5 minutes even though motion has stopped well before that. It also does not tag smart events. Anyone else experiencing the same problems with Battery Cam Pro’s? This problem started for me on 5/20/26.
I also have this issue, just got two BCPs a couple days ago. I set them up and after the first recording of 12 seconds is successfully recorded and can load from the cloud, it will then start taking 5 minute recordings regardless of any setting I change and not load anything from the cloud. Tried all the t/s steps and nothing seems to be working.
Added a new BCP a couple of days ago, and am also having the issue with constant five minute recordings that can’t be played from the cloud. Subscribed to Cam Unlimited too.
I have the same issue. It happened when I re-added the cameras to change the associated SSIDs. They were working fine otherwise. I should have just left it alone and I would only have had one with the issue. I have been trying to fix it for the past week, contacted support twice, and it was moved to email with no solution yet.
Nothing new. These are just toys we play with. Don’t expect anything more
Same issue. Installed my new BCP and it’s not loading to cloud although signal is 100% and it’s saying it’s recording for 5:00 when it’s set to :12. I’m also getting no notification either. I know my app works fine becuase my front door locked thats Wyze is working.

What I actually got to work for now is having an SD card put in, setting the SD recording to be continuous recording (unfortunately) and NOT “events only”. The regular events recording and cloud uploads started working properly shortly afterward, although my AI detection is still bonkers and only stating motion, but yaknow, it drains the battery. One of my BCP can be plugged in at all times, but my other one, even with solar, doesn’t get enough direct sunlight to stay charged and died overnight with the continuous recording enabled.
Ridiculous glitch they have going on here, man.
Battery Cam Pro Events and SD playback do not work
Events will trigger notifications and I will occasionally get screenshots but playback from the cloud fail and playback from SD say no video for event.

Having the same issue but only with one camera. Hopefully there is a solution because I’ve tried everything they suggest with no luck.
@Dan_NY @jenapple916 this usually means the connection to the wyze servers is not good enough to upload the video file. This can be the wifi signal quality at the camera, or an issue with your internet upload speed.
The SD card is unrelated, cloud and SD are totally separate. So that may be a bad SD card.
I have two BCPro’s that I move around the house to capture my two cats, doing what cat’s do…
One appears to be affected by this issue, one does not:
Affected:
Cat BCPro-1-64gb
firmware: 1.4.4.5013
LogID: 2384413
Not Affected:
Cat BCPro-2-64gb
firmware: 1.4.4.5013
LogID: 2384380
I have two more BCPro’s in the back yard, next to each other covering a Hill for wildlife, they are both not affected either.
I have a mesh Network in the house of three ASUS RT-86U routers, so I am fairly certain Wireless signal is not my issue
(side note, I had a Mesh Network using a NightHawk MR60 base with two MS60 Satellites that appears to have failed, when I replaced it with with the ASUS RT-86U mesh system, all of my iOT devices, camera’s, etc benefited greatly as I haven’t seen near the loss of connectivity that I did before)
I have same issue with my BCPs.
It may still be Wi-Fi related even though signal strength is strong.
The BCP Wi-Fi could be more suspect to not coming out of sleep to upload, or going to sleep too soon as recording hasn’t completed.
And/or Wi-Fi subject to other interferers nearby.
Thanks for reporting this issue and for sharing the logs.
This issue should now be resolved from the Wyze cloud side. Please try triggering and viewing a new cloud event on your Battery Cam Pro to confirm whether the issue is fixed.
If you still see “failed to load from cloud server” or similar errors when opening new events, please submit a new app log and share the log ID here so our team can continue investigating.
Thanks again for your patience and help.
( @pelikanryan1 @Dan_NY @CatHome I have confirmed that your device from logId should be good now. )
Yes mine is fixed. Thank you!
Yes this is working now. Thanks
