Just had a screaming match with Wyze who wanted to do more troubleshooting. I refused as I’ve done many hours of troubleshooting on exactly this same issue. I wish we could file a class action suit for all the time and money we’ve wasted troubleshooting and buying cameras and paying for subscriptions that won’t let us see our livestreams or events. If anyone is interested in a class action suit, let me know.
Same issue here. 2 brand new BCP keep giving me “Failed to connect. Error: (code -15)” on livestream. Only solution is to remove battery then put back in. Really disappointed! Wyze you need to fix this serious bug!
