This issue only affects one of my 4 cameras. Outdoor cam shows events. Most of the time the event is a still photo of zero seconds while it clearly should be a video, such as a person walking into view. Other times it is a black screen. Occasionally it displays a proper video. I have cam plus.
I don’t have the the Version 2 WCO but I do have the Version one. That behavior sounds like maybe a Wi-Fi signal issue? Have you checked the signal at the camera using the app. Since it only happens on the one cam maybe the signal is not strong or steady all the time, just my guess. You could see if it’s the location by swapping location with another of your cams for a short test period.
