Several events show a camera icon in the app (instead of a picture), and after clicking the icon the screen gets all black
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
Have you cleared the cache in the app lately? Or try closing the app and restart it again or tap a couple of different days on the events page. I get those black camera icons about twice a week so I close the app and open again and all is well.

Hi Antonius - Mine is a brand new camera, so I think it cant be a cache problem. I bought two, the other is working fine.
I don’t have the version 2 outdoor cam but I have 4 of the version 1 WCO and they are all on cam plus lite for $0.00. Does the camera work when you tap on it and get live view? It sounds like the event video/picture is not loading, does the camera have a good signal from the base? Are the firmware and app up to the current versions?
