Using Wyze App on iOS, both me and my wife have same issue on our iPhones. All three Wyze CAMv3 cameras have this issue that started happening recently. When going to Events tab, and press on a video event, it hangs saying “Loading event…”. Happens on event from any of the three cameras. Playback works.
I am having a similar issue. Downdetector has a lot of issues reported for Wyze so this may be a back end issue. Streaming works fine and it appears that events are being recorded but accessing them is clearly an issue.
Same issue here. Can go to sd card and view but won’t play any events
There was a small hiccup with the configuration, but we’ve fixed it! The issue was resolved around 7 am PST. Now, all the videos should play smoothly. Could you all please double-check and let us know if everything looks good? Thanks a bunch for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Maybe consider a pop-up on the app to advise in real time when an issue occurs.
