why am i getting this message when trying to play back video more that a day old

Is this message coming up when you are playing back video from the SD card or the event videos/CMC?
Also, if this keeps happening I’d submit logs to Wyze.

I pay for cloud storage and that whats mot playing…no sd cards
I would assume you’re talking about Complete Motion Capture (CMC).
Try power cycling and Keep submitting logs!
