I’m new to Wyze, just got a V1/V2 combo with an additional Cam Pan, set up one of the Cam Pans, updated the firmware, and I get this error message at least half the time when trying to review events. The event then disappears once this no fragment error pops up. I tried resetting the camera, deleting and reloading the app (as support suggested), but it’s still happening. Frustrating. Wondering if I should return the cameras for a different brand. Anyone have luck fixing this problem?
There’s quite a few posts on this but no help. I submitted a service ticket today with logs.
Try the newly released iOS App 2.15.41 and V2/Pan firmware 4.X.6.218. Fixed the no fragment error for me.
Receiving error in iOS app “Error Code: No fragment. Please contact support if this persists.” iOS app version 2.15.41 Firmware version 126.96.36.199. The camera will not record events when using Cam Plus. The camera will record 12 second events when Cam Plus is not active. I have two other Wyze Cam Outdoor that are working with Cam Plus. Any assistance with the camera I have that is not working properly would be appreciated.
