Did all thee above and your the only response I’ve received. My suggestion is why don’t they make a broad statement stating they are aware of this situation instead of getting everyone staying on hold forever or putting in multiple complaint tickets. It seem like we have to come to the forum to get answers from other customers which is ok however we’re spending good money to receive professional answers.
Same issue, using IPad Pro M1 second gen, Issue started with IOS update 18.1, prior no issues, this is limited to the Battery Cams, no issues with my pixel on or off Wi-Fi
Same issue. Error code -17.
Works fine on iPhones but not iPad. getting the error only from the Battery Cams. All the other models work fine. Uninstalled / reinstalled the app, turned off / on ‘local network’ in settings, etc. No change.
My non battery Flood light Pro is having the same issue, while still recording and sending alerts, which I can view on my IPad. none of my android devices have this issue.
What I don’t get is that everything was fine. No updates made to either the IOS or the app. So what changed and where??
Please add me to the list of perplexed and irate. iPadOS 18.1.1, latest Wyze app. 3 different Battery Cam Pro units. Works with iPhone app.
