I’m glad to see an update for this, even though the AI-“enhanced” (:roll_eyes:) chat facility is slightly maddening. I still wish they hadn’t totally axed the full-
page ticket submission form a couple of weeks ago
. That was so much easier to fill out and induced significantly less :rage: (for me, anyway).

Oh, that’s what you were talking about! I never actually saw it!

If I were anal I would hope that you had saved a screenshot of it for posterity in the prior route archive but since I’m not I don’t… :slight_smile:

The only things I have that would be related are the images I submitted to Wyze Support when I was pointing out the problem with the Submit button:

The “Submit” text was invisible until the mouse pointer hovered over the button because of some poor design choices. The whole page disappeared after I pointed out that the form needed a fix, so now it just redirects to the main Help Center page.

I wasn’t trying to kill it! I really liked that form. I just wanted it to be better. (This might be one of those cases where I should’ve just left well enough alone.)
