It’s been a while since I’ve read through that topic, but I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that it’s gained some popularity recently, and I wonder if it’s a consequence of Wyze removing the e-mail form that used to exist at https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (which now just redirects to the home page for the Wyze Help Center). I reported a problem (via Support ticket) with that page a few weeks ago, and it’s apparently disappeared since then….
