I’m glad to see an update for this, even though the AI-“enhanced” (
) chat facility is slightly maddening. I still wish they hadn’t totally axed the full-
page ticket submission form a couple of weeks ago. That was so much easier to fill out and induced significantly less 
(for me, anyway).
