I just installed the “Duo-Cam” model.
Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the cameras so I don’t get an “event” for every car & truck that passes in the street?

I was sure that was covered in the comprehensive user guide… (just kidding & a little sarcasm about not having one)
For Android:
When looking at the camera in the app, click on the video and then click on the gear icon for settings (upper right corner) and then choose Detection Settings. The options for motion and sound detection sensitivity should be right there.
There’s also the option to set up zones to supposedly ignore motion in specific areas in the Detection Zone page after you turn that feature on. It’s located on that same page.
Each camera seems to have its own settings for most of the features. I’m not sure if there are any that apply to both cameras at the same time.
Found all of that. Thank you very much. Now lets see if that works!
Wow. You want it to work, too? That might be asking too much… ![]()
Really, though, sometimes you have to adjust it to an extreme before it actually works. I’m not sure for the duo cam pan - it may be better than some of the others that really seem to act more like an on/off switch than a variable. I just installed my first duo-cam-pan yesterday and getting accustomed to it’s quirks.
Good luck!
