I have 2 wyzecampan cameras at a beach cottage and I can not adjust the sensitivity. Maybe I don’t know how. When I click on Account I see a App Settings but when I click on that I see nothing but blank screen and a cache file size. How can I locate the adjustment or do I need to reinstall the app?
Go to the live view of the camera click on the gear icon top right you will see your settings
Yep, those are your app specific settings, not your device settings. Follow @HDRock s guidance to find the settings menu within each device specific settings.

You need to call up your camera under the “Home” tab, then go to the camera’s live view, then it’s settings. After that, Detection Settings. Don’t use the Account tab. All discussed above.
