I have a Wyze Duocam doorbell. It alerts at every passing car despite turning down the sensitivity all the way and severely limiting the detection zone. Any solutions?
This is view frim my front porch duo. Motion on, no detection zone, mid-level detection range, event recording for person/pet/package detection, As you can see, I am up on a hill. The red car passing on the street does not trigger a motion alert.
Perhaps if there was a clearer picture of your surroundings and environment some suggestions could be offered. Can you post a screenshot of activity from your duo and your detection zone screen?

Thanks. I’ll post some photos Regarding “no detection zone”? What happens if you have it set that way? Wouldn’t that make it more sensitive as anything in the camera field would trigger an alert?
Can you uncheck Vehicle and All Motion Notifications?
For a doorbell you might try fewer Notifications.
)]would guess that the motion detections shown in your screenshot timeline are related to environmental activity. Sunlight moving across the entrance archway, shadows, tree branch movement (appears close to entrance way). Both detection zone and motion detection sensitivity are minimum.
Toggle on motion tagging and track several motion events movement. You could also try to toggle off motion for a short time to see if that has an impact. I definitely think the motion activity is coming from beyond your entrance way (kind of a no-brainer).
Passing cars are what does it. Even though they are not in the detection zone.
If those motion symbols are all from cars, then I would consider turning the togglr off motion option. As noted from my screenshot passing cars are not triggering motion detection. You must be very close to the street. Do you have cam+ or unlimited? If not, I am challenged for an answer. If so, make sure vehicle detection is unchecked in both event recording and notifications.
I just noticed you have no detection zone carved out for the top cam. The carveout you have is affecting the bottom cam only. Because of your entryway, it may be impossible to set a detection zone in that area. Try carving out something for the top cam around your entry opening.
@tfcandoit - Curious as to whether or not you have tried setting a detection zone for the top cam of your duo and what results you are getting.
