I know this is a common issue, and I don’t have a question at all because the 4 outdoor cams and the associated solar panels are destined for the city dump.
I contacted support too many times only to go through the same old script the brainless minions have in that department… It’s no fun climbing a ladder to uninstall the camera and then reinstall it only for them to fail again, with the same issue… Over, and over, and over again and again.
There is no fixing crap… Bottom line, Blink cameras are better…
Run don’t walk away from that purchase of an inferior product that Wyse has no interest in helping you with or even fixing the core problem.
They don’t even have enough care to offer a replacement or refund… Sorry Wyze, you lost a customer who is now replacing the junk you sold me.

I agree! Wyze has a few products I really like but it seems like everything they sell has either software or hardware issues, I didn’t say make because they sell rebranded products too. And Wyze has the worst customer support of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

I am in 100% agreement! Sick to death of climbing up ladders every single time your camera takes a S@$* and i have to uninstall and reinstall! The issue with cameras not recording motion and only taking screen shots which are worthless is another issue. If you can figure out how to pimp your crap accessories to me then you can figure out how to fix this authentication key expire [Mod Edit] Too.
