Double billing

I have 3 of the V3 cameras. With the first one I got an annual plan. With the other two I automatically got monthly subscription. I must have clicked on the wrong button. So the later I placed and order for a 3 license pack thru the app, reset the cameras thru the app to use the new 3 pack. However I am still being billed for the the old monthly licenses and have yet to receive a partial credit on the annual plan. So today I cancelled the V3-Plus on the app for all the camera’s, The system the asked if I wanted to do a video call with an employee. Yes, There is no option by phone to talk to the accounting department. Shame…

Go to Wyze. Com and sign in,then go to services and cancel your monthly and it will send you an email with the confirmation number and the amount…very fast and simple less than 2 minutes

Did that. No confirmation e mail sent.

No support agents available to take the call. I was on hold for 30 minutes earlier today. Gave up.

Saturday and late weekdays are their busiest times.

Well thats how we do it and works all the time with no issues, does is show your cam+ licenses…go in there and play with it

It shows all 3 cameras on the annual 3 license plan, and then 2 monthly plans unassigned.
When I added the annual 3 license plan the system said it would credit the one annual plan and cancel the two monthly plans. This did not happen. “Well that is how it works all the time with no issues”. That statement is incorrect.

First of all,cancel all monthly, then sign out sign back in and it should be gone.i just did it and it worked for me and sent me a email confirming, look in your spam…go play with it.

I got an e mail confirming the cancellation of the 1 annual plan with a credit. Logging in on the web page, the two monthly shows to active until the expiration of the monthly term, and asks if I want to re assign.
Thru the app they still shows active. I logged out and in again.
I did not receive any e mails regarding the two monthly account. Will see what happens when they expire.

We Only use the web site,go cancel the monthly and add them to the annual, you should get credit for the monthly…we currently have the unlimited annual its $99.00 for 99 cams
