Same issue here with iPhone. I tried 3 different v3 Pan Cameras, which I already had and they all give operation failed. Since I have no internal chime box, I have no other option. They should have included an optional remote chime, like the Pro.

Well after failure over and over on iPhone, I was able to have a family member try on their Android and it works! So it’s an iPhone bug.

This actually worked. I’ve been trying so long on iOS and Wyze support couldn’t figure it out. Turned on an old Android phone and it works like a charm now. Thank you. Wyze developers, can you please fix the iOS app?

When you go back to iOS you will see the one camera that you added, but the others are no longer listed to add. So I guess they have a lot of work to do to fix iOS.

Same here - Android worked but not iOS. Such lame info. Just be honest about your limitations Wyze

Any news on when this will be fixed for iOS? I do not own a single Android device, nor does anyone in my family or circle of friends. I’m pretty upset that the OG camera chime isn’t working with my Wyze doorbell v2! :triumph:

I don’t share the same opinion, as I expressed in a related topic, because that hasn’t been my particular experience, but clearly this feature has some ongoing issues, and I appreciate your sharing the update in the other topic.
