You appear to be describing an issue that’s been raised by other iOS users in multiple other topics on the Forum. Here are some examples:
Until Wyze resolves the issue (one other Forum participant has apparently been told that Wyze’s engineers are working on it), what has reportedly worked for some users is trying to enable the “Cameras as Chime” feature using an Android device. I don’t know if that’s something you have available or something that would be an option for you, but it’s the only work-around I’m aware of at this time.
