I can’t replicate your issue because I’m not operating under your conditions, but I hate to see a question from a new Forum member going unanswered, so maybe chiming in will help this topic to get some visibility.
On the chance that what you’re describing is a bug, then my suggestion would be to submit a log to Wyze Support and then follow that by opening a ticket and be sure to include the log number as a reference in the ticket. Wyze’s system will send you an e-mail message after you submit a log, and this message will advise you to open a ticket; my understanding is that logs that are submitted but not linked to a ticket or other Support inroad essentially go into a black hole.
