I’m a Cam Plus subscriber but when you log in for ‘special pricing’ for the Doorbell as well as looking at the V3, it says I’m not a subscriber.
I have logged out and back in multiple times to ensure I’m logged in and the system knows it’s me.
Seems to be a disconnect between the Cam Plus and Shop sections.
Have you tried a different browser or a different device to login?
If this issue continues, I recommend getting in touch with Wyze customer service, so they can look into this for you.

I tried different Browsers. Also tried both my Mac, IPhone and Windows PC.
Similar situation although I admit I only have a Cam Plus subscription on one of my many cameras. I got notice that Cam Plus subscribers like me can order the v3 again but when I click on the link, it says I am NOT a Cam Plus subscriber. Going into my services shows I am. Did you get this fixed by calling?

Nope. They said it’s a system glitch. Seems that it’s been a couple weeks and they can’t figure it out.
Bummer, still can’t use that free v3 they offered with the Cam Plus subscription.
