I purchased the cam plus subscription through the website but The app says I don’t have a subscription. I logged in the website with the same logon information as the app on my phone. How do I get the app to see the subscription?
Where are you looking, you have to assign the license to a cam. Check in your account tab and at the top click cam plus.
Log into services.wyze.com
Click the person button in the top right and go to my account.
You should see your subscriptions listed on that page and your CamPlus should be listed there.
If they are not showing in your Account\Services tab on the app, log out of the app, close it, and log back in to see if it refreshed your account subscriptions from the server.
Nope website shows the subscription but app doesn’t. I deleted app from phone and reinstalled and after logging in it doesn’t show subscription. I emailed support so will see what they say.

I know you emailed them, but just wanted to make sure you knew they also have a phone number and a chat service, although it may take some time as their effectiveness is questionable.

Cam plus lite doesn’t work either.

Yes, I had changed my email address and that messed up my account. I created a new account with different email and it works.
