Got the Wyze Duo Doorbell Cam for Xmas - I rent, so was in desperate need of a camera for my door. I have two other Wyze products (robot vacuum and air purifier), so wanted to stick to the same family. When I got the camera, I quickly realized since we rent, using screws or hardwiring wasn’t going to work. The instructions came with adhesive, so you can just stick it to your door/siding/frame, but our siding is too short for the camera to lay flat, and our doorframe is chipped wood. I felt uncomfortable just using adhesive to the door… what if someone yanks it off or the door slams too many times? I knew they made door mounts for Ring cameras, so I went to Amazon, Reddit, Google… any platform to find a mount. All the ones I was looking at had a height maximum of about 5.2"… this camera is about 6.5", so that wasn’t going to work. Eventually I thought I found one that would work, but it’s for the Pro, so it didn’t line up. We ended up just using the adhesive and sticking it to the door, because we had no other options. It would be wonderful if there was a door mount compatible for the Duo Cam!
