I have been having this problem for a few months now and it seems to be getting worse. This past Saturday, while doing outside work, I had to keep coming in to grab tools. Every time I shut the door, it would auto-lock if though I do not have it enabled in the app. I got so frustrated, I took the batteries out so it would stop locking. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution to fix it?

Yes, having the same problem. We have 2 locks and both are doing it. Sometimes the bolt comes out as you are closing the door, hitting the door frame. The logs do not show the door was locked. Ticket 1853749.

Was there any resolution to this issue? Mine has also been doing this for a while but has recently gotten worse.
Apparently the lock hardware was failing. Replaced with a new lock and it has not happened since.
having same issue… its destroying my door jam because I shut the door not aware that it automatically locked… frustrating.
Same. Auto lock disabled and my door jam has been destroyed.
I am having the same issue and this is only happening on the newer of my two Wyze Locks. I have to calibrate every other day for this to stop and I also have Autolock, garbage mode and all that disabled. but continues to happen. I wont even bother asking for support as they will tell me its out of warranty but it never happened for over a year so some firmware changed something along the way.
