I placed it on 10/28 and Wyze charged it same day.

Hi @t.tran.usa Sorry you are having this issue. The first step is to open a ticket with Support.
Live support is available: +1-206-339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT. This should give you a quick resolution, but you can also reach them online at Wyze Support.
They are busy and it may take some time to get a response. Once you do either way you should get a ticket number. Keep this and if you can’t get resolution post back here with your ticket number.
Had this happen to me once with another order a while back. Turns out, I hadn’t been logged in when I placed the order. I contacted support and gave them some info about the order, and they attached it to my account so I could see it. Might be a similar issue.

I had the same problem, but my order still appeared on my porch. So check with support, but don’t worry too much in the meantime.
