Has anyone else tried to contact customer service? Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
I recently purchased the Sprinkler Plus which comes with a one year free trial of the Sprinkler plus monitoring. It is clear displayed on the website where I purchased the unit. I received a claim code and QR code in the box. I tried to activate the free 1 year subscription and Wyze indicated a credit card was needed but nothing would be charged against my account. This is where the nightmare begins! No free trial, charged the annual fee. Called customer service and after 38 minutes on the phone I am told I do not have a free trial, I tried to speak to a manager and they do not speak to humans only communicate by email! I tried to cancel my 1 hour old subscription and was told no refunds. The worst customer service ever. The representative refused to look at the website for confirmation of the free trial. If I could I would return the control unit and find something else. Please anyone help!
What number did you call by chance? With the growing popularity of the company I wouldn’t put it past people to put things on the internet that are intentionally misleading. For instance on Amazon many people sell cameras stating they are wyze only for the buyer to learn only after the purchase that they aren’t and the buyer has no real recourse. If you can post the number you called it’s just one of those other things we can verify and make sure everything’s going to the right places and the correct information is posted where it should be. I don’t like to see people misled or taken advantage of.
