Yes. It comes with a chime device that it connects to with 19 different chime sounds including traditional bells, alarms, dogs barking, birds chirping, etc. They might add others in the future too. You can go here to hear some of the chimes. Just scroll down toward the bottom to listen to them.
You can eventually buy more chimes too if you want them, or it will also allow you to sound a chime through any Alexa/Echo device which is really awesome too.

Any chance we’ll be able to select our own audio file to use as a chime?

At launch they said not initially (to be able to use our own selected custom audio files), but didn’t rule it out as a possibility in the future.
