Devices tab

Anyone else having issues with putting your devices in the order you want them and then go back in the devices tab just to have them all mixed up again? It’s very frustrating and confusing.

Yes, I had that happen recently. Considering I have 300+ Wyze devices I felt overwhelmed and didn’t want to do it all over again, so now I just use the favorites tab and the devices tab is just used to search for other devices now.

Are you on the Beta App or production? I don’t remember which one did it to me.

I’ve seen it happen a few times sporadically in the production app, most recently when I was deleting/adding a Plug Outdoor (which actually shows up as two devices) while trying to troubleshoot a problem for another user. If I recall correctly, doing a simple clearing of the in-app cache (from the Wyze app’s home screen, navigate to :bust_in_silhouette: Account ➜ App Settings ➜ Cache File Size ➜ Clear), closing the app, and re-launching it set the Devices tab back in the order I’d previously set.
