Device license issue

I have 2 unassigned Cam Plus licenses and what attempting assign them to my V3 I get the following error code…. “The device license in the service is insufficient”

What does this mean and how can it be addressed?

How and where did you purchase the licenses? Wyze.com? Google play? Somewhere else?

I purchased them thru the Wyze app on my Android 12 phone.

Sounds like this is an issue for Wyze Support. In digging for information I found this thread which appears to be your same issue, and with a resolution.

Yes, same exact issue. It turned out to be something they had to fix at their end. They gave me a refund and then I went back to their site and used that to pay for it again and then reassigned the cam to it.
