Defective v3 cam

I received two of the v3 cams and one of them does not recognize any SD card. I swapped the SD card from the other v3 and it is not recognized. 32 gb high endurance. Everything else appears to be ok.
Ticket number is 65747.
Please see what is the delay in responding to me.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Same problem here, I put in a ticket days ago and no response. I do not think your cameras are defective; I think the firmware is defective.

A call to WYZE support started the ball rolling. Should have a replacement soon.

One would presume both cameras were manufactured around the same time on the same assembly line so if one camera had an issue, the other should as well.

I’ve had the exact same problem since I got mine. I had someone on the phone who told me to use a Wyze SD card after I said I had tried 3 different cards! The same cards I use in my other Wyze cams. Not much help for me, I hope you have better luck :crossed_fingers:
