Used the vacuum a couple times and the canister will not seal anymore at the bottom? How can this be fixed
Welcome to the Community @icc426 , sorry to hear you are having issues. I am a community member like you but try to help out when I can.
There is a rubber Gasket at the bottom. Mine came off today. Check to see if it is there and seated correctly.
Here are a couple of Pics from mine:
Yes that must of fell off one time when we emptied it. Do you know if I can get a new one?

I would reach out to Wyze to check on that, might be a warranty item:
you can reach them by phone: (206) 339-9646 Available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT, or online: Wyze.com/support
phone support is typically faster. However, if there is high call volumes it could be a longer wait time.
I just realized I did the same thing! I just reached out to them via email. Following if you have any success in getting a replacement one.
I posted this elsewhere, but I have a replacement O-ring available now for $8:
Don’t buy a replacement gasket, Wyze will replace it under the warranty. But we shouldn’t have to buy anything when this is a design flaw as the gasket should have been designed to clip in place and not be able to fall out when emptying the bin.
Whelp, now Wyze makes you purchase the gasket. My vacuum is less than a year old and I still had to buy the gasket, plus pay a shipping charge. This certainly changes my opinion of this company. I have several of their products. This is poor customer service and it is because of a design flaw.
FWIW, I still have 5 of my O-ring style replacements in stock. I’ll order more if people still need to purchase them.
Mine are $8 including USPS shipping anywhere in the US.
I can’t add a link anymore, but the link is in my May 2022 post, above.
Doesn’t Wyze charge less for their replacement rubber ones?
Wyze charges $1.99 plus 5.99 shipping. So frustrating!!!
Yes, their shipping prices are ridiculous!
