I was a pre-order customer on the first cordless vacuum. The rubber has come off the wheels now and it looks like they could easily be replaced. Are replacement wheels available?

Have you had any luck with this? The wheels failed on mine too and now it drags on the floor.
I got in touch with Wyze support yesterday and they basically told me nothing they could do. Even suggested I call one of their retail partners which I thought was weird.
Mine wasn’t a pre-order, bought mine in June of '22. I guess if it failed a month ago I would be under warranty.
Wyze doesn’t sell replacement wheels but I think someone on the forums makes them. You’d think they would, had they done enough testing they would have found that they wear out pretty easily. You can also use a pencil eraser as a temporary replacement.
