installed new wyze house monitoring system.
bought 6 entry sensors. All show up in app home page and indicate properly when opened and closed BUT three do not show up in the “ on duty device “ list when system is armed and WILL NOT TRIGGER AN ALARM !!
Did you try adding them as an on-duty device?
- Go to Home Monitoring settings
- Home & Away
- Select Home or Away Then EDIT SENSOR LIST
- Select all the sensors you want added as on-duty devices.
- Save

[Mod Edit]: Signature block has been manually removed from this post. Such information often gets included inadvertently when replying by email. When replying to the forum by email, it is best to remove the signature block yourself before sending.
