Connect issues with my wyze cameras

My pan v3 cams no longer connect and my wyze cam v3 turns on and off… reset, power off does not work… cameras are not in the same physical place… I’ve looked for updated system information…

I’m able to go to my account info with cam v3… says no devices associated with this account…

Do you have Cam Plus or Cam Unlimited? If so, can you go to the event and see if you have the Person Motion and Camera filters at the top? I am asking because yesterday morning, I was having a similar experience and the Event tab was missing those options. Once they came back, everything started to work again.

Can you also post the Firmware of your Pan Cam v3 and your Cam v3? Please include the Android App Version you are using.

Here is something you can try:

  • From the App, go to the Account and click on App Settings and Clear Cache
  • Back out to the Account Menu and at the Bottom Logout of the App (Make sure you have your Password and 2FA info to log back in)
  • Long Press the App Icon and choose App Info
  • Scroll Down to Storage and select it, then clear Cache here as well. Do not Clear Data.
  • The close the App Info Screen and restart your phone

Log back in and see if it is working.
