What did Support say when you contacted them, and what other detail can you include about your problem? Without more information, I wonder if you have a Bulb Color thatās going bad and might be eligible for a warranty replacement. See these topics:
I presume this is a bad color bulb. I cannot get it to white. It was working fine for 6 months.
Sad, it is in crawl space on far side of house from entrance!

Interesting. I just did a little more testing at 5% brightness it works fine. When I turn up the brightness it goes to blue.

Hello, we have a bunch of wyze color and also some āwhiteā only bulbs. Weāve been having two bulbs randomly changing to blueā¦ then back to white. We now have a second bulb doing itā¦ does this mean they are going/gone bad?

My Wyze Color Bulb keeps flickering and switches out of current color state to a low white/yellow light color. Iāve reset it, changed wi-fi, changing lamps, plugs, etc. a lot, and itās still not working. Need help! Thank you in advanced.
