What did Support say when you contacted them, and what other detail can you include about your problem? Without more information, I wonder if you have a Bulb Color that’s going bad and might be eligible for a warranty replacement. See these topics:

Haha. Iv spent maybe 3 Hours A few different times with support.

That didn’t really answer the question about more detail regarding your experience, but if you purchased the Bulb Color less than 3 years ago from an authorized retailer, then Wyze should offer to replace it. They’ll likely want some information (the problem device’s MAC address, screenshot of date of purchase if you ordered from Amazon or bought it from another authorized retailer, etc.), but the replacements usually process pretty easily if you can supply what they’re requesting.

This is what they did for me. We diagnosed, it was within warranty timeframe and they sent me a gift card for value of the bulb.. elapsed time was a day or two. I started on the chat, it was passed on to email support who helped in a timely manner.

It was an easy replacement for me when I had one flake, too, and I did that all via e-mail after initially creating the ticket on the Support Web site.
