I presume this is a bad color bulb. I cannot get it to white. It was working fine for 6 months.
Sad, it is in crawl space on far side of house from entrance!
Interesting. I just did a little more testing at 5% brightness it works fine. When I turn up the brightness it goes to blue.
So fix, is “Don’t turn up the brightness”.
I will be deleting this post shortly.
That’d be my guess, yeah. I had something similar happen with a Bulb Color that now produces only shades of blue and green. I learned from @ssummerlinin another topic that Wyze covers these for three years, so when I contacted Support and described my issue and the troubleshooting I’d done, they offered a replacement.
I’ve had one Bulb Color out of eight (so far) flake on me; they replaced it under warranty with a 2-pack of the newer model. The Bulb Color (BR30) hasn’t given me any problems and has been in place for well over a year. My first Wyze products were five original Plugs back in 2019, and they’re all still in use.
I’m not trying to discount the experience of others, though, and I’m also currently using smart Wi-Fi bulbs and plugs from four other manufacturers.
