I recently added to my WIFI setup a WIFI repeater (TP-Link EAP225-Outdoor Omada) which extends my WIFI outdoors. Repeater is connected to ABC network and extends under a new SSID (ABC_EXT and ABC_2.4G_EXT). All my sensors and plugs are connected to the original ABC network.
I have noticed that since connecting the repeater my sensors and plugs either are reporting weak connection or disconnect completely. Sensors is 6 feet away from the Hub and plug is maybe 30 feet from ABC router. I had always had strong signal before connecting the repeater. Any idea what might be happening and how I can fix it. I don’t want to disconnect the repeater.
