So why when clearing the App cache it doesn’t go to zero with one tap of the Clear button? I always have to tap it several times to get all the cache cleared.

I agree. I have seen this. And Look around under “Apps”. You will see Google Play Services, under Apps. It too has a Clear Storage and Clear Cache selection. It often has its own update that you will not see listed in normal app updates. You want to routinely check it and let it update. Not all phone manufacturers using Android put the updates in the same places, either.

Not sure what you are talking about. I don’t have Google Play Services I use an iPhone.

I generally have to tap 2 times to get to Zero. Here is what I see when I open App Settings.

I have a similar experience sometimes with the (Android) Wyze app when trying to Clear All on the Filters screen. I often have to tap that twice just to get all the boxes unchecked. I have no idea why. It’s been that way for a long time.

It’s the Wyze App cache that I’m clearing using the iPhone version of the Wyze App. You were talking about Google Play Services and I don’t have that. If you look under my thread title it says Wyze App. app, iPhone-ipad. So I wasn’t looking for an Android response and I didn’t think I had to say that in my post, but maybe I should have.
