Charged twice by apple for the same cam

I subscribed on 2/21 for one outdoor cam and apple receipt charge of $19.99 was confirmed. Yesterday I subscribed cam plus to a v2, I just got the confirmation of apple receipt charge of $39.98.

I have only 2 cam plus subscriptions.

I suspect you need to call Apple, but this is a user-to-user forum and not a support site for Wyze. If Apple can’t help, then:

Yesterday after the v2 cam plus subscription, I saw this v2 and the outdoor cam were checked for the cam plus account, but then, there is a red circled “1” right above the cam plus accounts, it is indicating that there is a license available to be assigned. I don’t know what that is, nor do I know what to assinged it to, I don’t even know what is this license for.

Now I’m thinking back on it, maybe because wyze charged me subscription 3 times, so there supposed to be 3 devices to be checked under my account, since there is only 2 devices checked under my account, so this “license” is a cam plus subscription intended for a 3rd device.

I think this is what happened. I’ll let apple know about this and if they can’t help, I’ll contact wyze with the number you gave me. Thanks.
