Thanks, for your reply. My issue is that this should not be an issue. Something is terribly wrong when you have to do what you did, just to make an accessory work. This should not be an item that you purchase and then have to find a work around to make it function. There is something wrong with the process if you have to keep trying to find something to make it work. If that is the case then the product has failed. If you are not addressing the issue then you as the manufacturer have failed the consumer. Once again thanks for your input and advice. Wish I would get that from Wyze, I have an abundance of their products but this one disappoints and fails to meet their standards. Have a great day.
