I haven’t been using the Home monitoring for a few months (ended subscription), Today when I attempted to test the system I keep getting wrong PIN error, maybe I forgot. I went to the app to try to change it but the setting is no where to be found. Is there a different method for changing PINs in v3?
Without a subscription the keypad is useless and you can’t change the pin. Actually, the entire system is useless. It no longer functions as an alarm and even test mode is unavailable.
