I changed internet credentials now cant connect
You have to add your camera as a new device again.
Reset your camera as per directions and do the setup again.
Yes i thought necessary so created a new Wyse acct and set up both cameras.
Both work but one shows “on” and the other shows “offline” but works.
As i have serious problem with hackers it is disconcerting. What should i do?
Unplugged and plug back in and its ok.

You could have just kept the same WYZE account and just reset the cameras and changed the password for your WYZE account. Why do you think you have a serious problem with hackers ?

I just replied to this email and they deleted it .

Please provide some specific details as to what makes you believe there are individuals doing this. What evidence is there of someone accessing your network, cams, and account?
There are several levels of security that you should have in place that can and will prevent this:

Your WiFi Router Admin Password needs to be very unique. The more random characters the better.

Your WiFi Network Password needs to be very unique. The more random characters the better.

Your WiFi Router needs to be running WPA2 Security and have Firewall software on it that logs and blocks suspicious access.

No open networks or guest networks.

No unsecured WiFi hotspot from your phone, which also needs to have security software.

Your Wyze Account Password needs to be very unique. The more random characters the better.

Enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Wyze Account.

They can and do delete and block my emails. They put strange icons on my laptop desktop. They mess with my batteries on my phones zooming the level up and down while charging. They change settings in my phones. They prevent uploading or downloading or moving videos of their behaviour. And more

It sounds to me like you need a complete security, virus and malware scan of your computer and phone. All of the symptoms you have mentioned are symptoms of virus and malware programs invited into your hardware from web sites you visit, things you have clicked on, opened, or downloaded into your computer or phone.
#3 is accomplished by logging into the Admin Access of your WiFi Router and verifying or changing the Security setting for the network.
Too complcate things they have an EMF 5G wifi emitter that shoots at my dog and I thorough the floor. They live in apartment above me. It hurts the nerves in our bodies like hell. They shoot at our heads and everywhere else and get pain feedback so they know where it hurts most. They also get an image of us and stalk us throughout our apartment.
They spy on me constantly.
The police and the vet for my dog see videos of my dog howling barking and crying. They act dumb saying they dont have experience with emitters.
I know you may not believe me.
I have been filming there attacks on my dog and me with very high meter readings and show how they never stop and cause us sleep deprivation nights.
They recently started shutting off my electric kettle just to irritate me. I bought the whistle kind. So some of their actions are physical…EMF energy beams…DEW…and some is hacking my devices.
I have to present a ton of evidence to the police.
I want that EMF weapon confiscated.
Its illegal from the black market or home made.
They seem pretty proficient with hacking.
I have had roadblocks galore they have thrown at me. I think they have run out but who knows. Right now they cause me excruciating pain and as soon as they see me yes see me lie down to sleep they hurt my dog to use her as a proxy to hurt me seeing her suffer.
Its the twilight zone.
I have to stop this.
I can only give you advice on how to secure your devices and network. You may need to hire a local tech firm to assist you with that. On the other things you mentioned, the advice of a Solicitor might be best.
I agree with all you said. Thank you for listening to my concerns…and not calling me crazy. Police always want me to get medical help…but leave sèeing I’m competent and reasonable and stick to my claim.
Perhaps you should delete the thread from the forum. I dont like to think other people would get a bad idea from it.
I keep wondering what if lots of people get emitters and attack people through the walls and floors. I can’t see how police can shrug it off. My home is filled with all sorts of materials to protect us none 100% and I’m so sore i can hardly move.

I have changed a lot of credentials on my devices…router, wifi account, both cell phones, laptop etc. As they always went my accounts mining data and changing settings and interfering with my life right now I’m reluctant to shut off my router and restart it as I believe they want to lure me into giving them the new password.
So I can’t use my kitchen cam now as they keep shutting it down.
I’m sure you will see them shutting the connection off repeatedly.
What can you or I do?

As they read my email before deleting it they have now stopped blocking the connection. For now
FYI I was recording very very high meter readings on the EMF energy they were shooting at my dog THROUGH THE FLOOR!! yes thru the floor that’s how they stalk us and hurt our bodies, so they decided to block my camera from recording the readings just above my dog who was suffering!!
