I installed a new router that did not have enough letters etc. to meet min. of Wyze, so changed the router password to meet Wyze min. Logged back into account and now cannot get cameras back online. Any suggestions? I have a ticket in at Wyze, but I think they are off for the weekend.

The easy way to do it when adding a new router is to use the same network name (SSID) and password/phrase that the cams were originally set up on. If you don’t want to do that and have plug in powered cameras you will need to do a factory reset of the cams and set them up again. Make sure that you are on the 2.4Ghz network on your device/phone when setting up. If you new router has only one SSID for the 5.0 and 2.4 networks I would rename the 2.4 network or make a guest network on the 2.4 to set up your cameras. Just leave the cams on the app and then set up after you get your networks sorted out.
