Change 2.4ghz channel on satellite Mesh Pro Router?

Is there anyway to change the channel selection on the satellite mesh pro router? I can do it on the root router, but when I go to select the channel on the satellite device it just shows as error message on the web page.
Error:

The called action terminated with an exception:

You can change the 2.4ghz channel via the web browser. Go to the IP of the router and you will be presented with a logon. Initial logon credentials are located on the bottom of the root router. Once logged on, you will setup a new password and account name, then presented with a desktop view in a browser.

Go to the Wireless menu and you can change the 2.4 ghz there, but the 5 and 6 ghz cannot be set currently.

This does not work on the satellite router. It’s shows the error message I entered in the original post.

Do it on the Root Router. It may propagate through the network.

Thank you for your suggestion, but you cannot set the satellite routers 2.4ghz channel from the root router. The root router settings only changes the root router. Plus I would not want the same channel on both the root and satellite routers. That would cause interference.

I am trying to avoid channel 11 as I have a zigbee network and its channel slightly overlaps the 2.4ghz channel 11. This cause some interference sometimes with my smart home lights. If I can avoid Wi-Fi channel 11 then everything works well all the time.

I will see if I can get some eyes on this.

Would you mind getting a log from the satellite router and posting it here.

Sure. Want to share how to generate a log? This isn’t an option in the web ui. And in the app there is only a option to submit a log.

Sorry, you are correct in that you cannot do it from the web UI

Donut from the app and submit a log. Then post the log number here
