Can't set up bulbs or plugs

Whenever I try to set up a bulb or plug or put a WCO into travel Mode, I can not. It always stops at the step where I connect to the device’s wifi address. It should bounce back to the Wyze app automatically, but that doesn’t happen. Any ideas?

Have you tried turning off your devices mobile data? What is happening is your device is not seeing an internet connection when it connects to the other Wyze ssid, and it then turns to mobile for an internet connection. If you turn that off, your device will now hopefully stay connected to your Wyze device.

Thanks for the note. I had the iPhone in airplane mode when I tried to setup these connections. I had turned WiFi on. It did show a connection to the Wyze device.

It appears the solution is to turn on Precise Location under Location for Wyze.
