I have a Cam V3 and pay for pro. I can’t download video from an event. I can play it just fine, but I can’t download it on my iPhone. It just sits there forever with the loading spinner.
There’s no way to download it on the web portal either.
just got it to work on my old Android phone, so maybe something to do with iOS
Did you allow the Wyze App access to your photos folder?
