I’ve expressed my disappointment and frustration with Support and inaccurate Help Center articles elsewhere on the Forum. For as great as some Wyze products seem to have the potential to be, the service after the sale definitely has room for improvement. I think there’s a lot of fair criticism that’s been written here, but any meaningful change has to come from within the company itself, and I don’t have any insight into that. I can just commiserate with your disappointment and likely shift at least some of my recommendations elsewhere based on my own recent experiences with competitors’ products.
