Can't assign v3 pan to Cam Plus lite

I have a Pan v3 with an SD card. When I look at events for it there is no 12 sec playback. If I click the play button under the image it brings up an offer for cam plus. When I go to Account, Services, cam plus lite - there is no option to add that camera. I have tried clearing app cache and also deleting and re-adding the camera. How do I add this cam to lite?

You don’t. Last cam compatible with Cam Plus Lite is the V3 cam.

  • Compatible cameras: Wyze Cam v1, v2 and v3, Wyze Cam Pan v1 and v2, and Wyze Cam Outdoor. It is not compatible with any camera newer than Wyze Cam v3 Pro.
