On the APP account services page it’s not listing my Waye v3 cam. So I can’t turn on people detection and 12 second video I don’t know why
I assume you show a Cam Plus Lite tab?
You pressed +Add Cameras at the bottom of the list?
If your V3 is not shown there, then maybe you have it on a Cam Plus free trial?
The V3 is not shared to you; you are the primary owner, correct?
Yes I pressed add camera but the camera is not listed. It is not shared I am the primary owner. I cannot add person detection because it won’t let me. No 12-second videos either
Did you have it on a cam play trial or something before? Unassign it from the cam plus tab.

Yes, this is not a standard V3. Only the original V3 plain is supported by Cam Plus Lite.
