Can't access Wyze

I had trouble re-installing the Wyze app, but “finally” got it…but now when I try signing in it won’t accept my email/password that I’ve always had with Wyze - I do get a “click here to have a 4 digit code sent to your email” but after many many attempts I’ve yet to receive anything from Wyze (therefore making it impossible for me to access)

My cameras are useless to me because of the above problem - help and thanks, Bill

Please make sure that you have the correct email and password(case sensitive) for your Wyze account and that they are typed correctly. Check your “spam” folder as email will end up there too. If you’re still having issues, contact Wyze Customer Support!

Holy cow another victim of wholly unnecessary multifactor authentication? We’re seeing these every week. Good luck with support and next time turn off 2FA.
